Saw this during a broker open house, and I liked the downstairs – nicely renovated 60’s colonial, but it fell apart for me on the 2nd floor…smallish rooms with relatively low ceilings…but for a 5 bedroom, close to 4000SF house on an oversized lot in 2 acre zoning – and a great kitchen – all in all not a bad house
