I just saw this on broker open house a few days ago – they were offering it with plans to rebuild, but obviously someone will be hiring their own builder, or they’re a builder themselves.
Over 4 acres in 4 acre zoning – town has it valued for over $1.4 – it’s a deal, in my opinion, albeit the demand on Bedford Road has not been stellar…the new owner is most likely thinking, long term, down the road, build a dream house, but who knows…
