On and off the market since 2013, this old gal got a facelift in 2014, and has found new owners….over 6000SF in Indian Head, it has enough character and has been given enough love, to easily last another 122 years….great house, on a beautiful street.
I just saw this on broker open house a few days ago – they were offering it with plans to rebuild, but obviously someone will be hiring their own builder, or they’re a builder themselves.
Over 4 acres in 4 acre zoning – town has it valued for over $1.4 – it’s a deal, in my opinion, albeit the demand on Bedford Road has not been stellar…the new owner is most likely thinking, long term, down the road, build a dream house, but who knows…
