The sellers bought it for $3,075,000 in 2004 and it closed in the same year in April for $2,999,000. Then they tried selling it for $3,700,000 – expired @ $3,295,000, cancelled @ $3,495,000 in 2013 – no rental takers for the $14K – $15K mark – so close to where they started 10 years ago – they’re not alone…hopefully the enjoyed it for the time that they resided there…
