According to the study – being attractive, is related to a higher sale price of a house – especially as a listing agent! But the study also indicates that there are longer days on market – which seems to be counter-intuitive to what we have seen in the past.
The article also indicates, that attractive agents don’t earn more money on average than their less attractive counterparts, rather they sell fewer properties at higher prices…

Now I have the best of both worlds, a successful business as a fulfilling personal life. My husband and I have lived in back country Greenwich since 2003, where we enjoy easy access to great biking, hiking and golf. We love to ski and that's usually where our travel takes us.
