So their alternative will be dealing with owners such as this – the last time that I checked, the closest shoreline is along Byram – nowhere near Glenville St. (owners may not be aware of “puffing” – but this is puffery at its best) and there is no broker fee for the renter/buyer if they were to be represented by a real estate professional – same price as it is on the mls – fyi
