New MLS System and Some Sold Activity for the Day

Change is good – it certainly keeps you on your toes…so with the new changes to the Greenwich MLS, there has been a little learning curve – not huge, but just fishing around a new format takes a bit longer... 
At any rate, a small excuse for an absence – that mixed with the holidays and not a whole lot going on in the front office – lots of planning and sowing for the next big market, and taking buyers out on the weekends has consumed some time and effort.
