After 112 days on market, with a list of $3,295,000 – I am beginning to think that the summer is the best time to get a deal…unless the location is Riverside…
This home in 2008 was on the market for a crazy price of $8,950,000 – eventually reduced to $8,295,000 in the same year, then they tried renting it asking $15,800 in 2009, and eventually rented it for $11,000 short term….then relisted the rental at $13,000 in May 2012 and sale for $3,595,000. listing was cancelled in October 2012 and relisted this past January for $3,295,000 – PHEW!
