Open houses yesterday, in the pouring rain, provided some interesting properties, although we still need more inventory!
Among them was 169 Lake Ave – the plusses are that there are many updates, new windows and you can pull around the back of the property – and it has a 2 car garage – a rare thing along this row of farm houses on Lake….

Unfortunately there were no interior shots that I can share at this time…..but the aerial shot shows the side street and how the garage sits in the back…
It last sold in ’04 for $1.116 – so today’s list, considering all the updates, seems very fair…
