Home selling and buying is increasingly less seasonal than in the past. Buyers recognize that prices usually work in their favor in some cases. Carrying costs over the winter months can be more expensive than in the summer. This obviously depends on the type of heating/cooling systems a home has, or whether it’s well insulated or not.

If a property presents well during this time of the year, it can only go uphill when everything is in bloom. Considering that we spend more time indoors than outdoors, the buyer focus should be on just that.

There’s less competition for sellers during this time of the year. And the buyers who are looking at this time of the year are usually are on a serious mission, not to look at staging or to get decorating ideas.
