….sadly the sellers paid 5M in 2011! It’s not about the house, or the property. The lot conforms to 4 acre zoning, the house is relatively new, and there’s nothing that appears to be logical, other than that the sellers wanted o-u-t.
Was it that they don’t believe that the 2018 CT mid term elections will work in their favor going forward – so they decided to cut their losses now?
