One of my favorites was 115 Old Church Road. Although it is an antique – which so many are shying from, this one has been updated, with cat 5/6, great insulation, new roof and meticulously maintained – you can’t beat the location…close to town, and kids can actually walk to school – 6 bedrooms, 4 full and 2 half baths and fabulous extra rooms like a ballet studio, homework/computer room, kitchen for a clan – it’s great.
