There have been 12 land sales across all areas of Greenwich, since the beginning of the year…ranging in price from $420,000 on Bruce Park Ave, to $3,700,000 at 12 Flagler. Most with great central Greenwich locations (no wonder here) There are also 13 in contract status – from accepted offer to executed contract…ranging in list price from $200,000 to $9,700,000 for prime Riverside waterfront. On this list, there are 3 others in Riverside and a couple of these are in mid-country Greenwich.. I wanted to explore another passion that would keep me in one location rather than traveling the globe.
Now I have the best of both worlds, a successful business as a fulfilling personal life. My husband and I have lived in back country Greenwich since 2003, where we enjoy easy access to great biking, hiking and golf. We love to ski and that's usually where our travel takes us.
