There were 19 sales in August between $2 and $3M in all areas of Greenwich, including Old Greenwich, Riverside and Cos Cob – this is up from 15 in August 2012 or 26.7%, and lower than the 22 sales in July. August YTD sales in this rice range is 102 – 39.7% above last year’s YTD.
Inventory in August was 101 – down -9% from 111 last month and -13.7% from 117 in August last year.
Days on market are 33% lower than last YTD.
Sales to List price ratio is higher than last year – TY 95.5% – LY 90.1%
New Listings in August 2013 was down -57.7% from July 2013, and -50% from August 2012 We need more listings!

Now I have the best of both worlds, a successful business as a fulfilling personal life. My husband and I have lived in back country Greenwich since 2003, where we enjoy easy access to great biking, hiking and golf. We love to ski and that's usually where our travel takes us.
