It’s all about this….the neighbors, as most properties in Old Greenwich, are close. And the other consideration, is that it is the best house on the block. The buyer(s) will not be wowed by the interior – it is not as sophisticated (in my opinion) as it should be for this price, but it is built to withstand ANYTHING. Gideon was touring while I was there, and told us that the walls were made of concrete!
