Not with a price drop or a different realtor – same $23,500,000 after 383 days…I saw it the first time, unless they’ve made significatn changes, I don;t think that it needs another visit. It is a beautiful situation – however, I liked the barns, ring and horse fence area better than the house…for $23M that is 🙂

It does have the same type of over pricing long history, and this time it’s seriously priced to sell.
