Some homes just feel right when you walk through the door, and this is one of them…but the market has resisted all of the prices until now – since 2009 when it was first listed at over $5.3 (crazy -especially during the slump) until the latest list price of $2,950,000. There is an app called Homesnap – you take a photo with your phone, and the approximate value pops up – or you can also plug in the address. I used it for this property, and it values it at $2,900,000 – and that’s where I will bet that it closes – we’ll see…
The town has it valued at over $3m with the 3.5 acres at $2,170,000. It will be interesting to see where it closes.
