The California investor/buyer for 294 Round Hill Rd. certainly did as much as he could with a brick raaaanch…but the price of $3,495,000 is in LA LA Land. For a ranch on 4.2 acres on the Merritt (he did erect a fence, most likely not for privacy, but for the highway view and noise…

306 Round Hill on the other side of the Parkway, sold for $1.825 in 2012. It was bought by a builder and restored with an addition, and it’s now a “wowish” house. (I say wowish because it’s still on the Parkway)  The difference is that he is an end user. He also erected a fence recently (I’m sure that it would have been taller had the town permitted) 

The listing “elaborates” and suggests that buyer pour more money into this property – more dreaming…I would suggest that if a buyer is interested in this property, that they work with their own buyer agent.
Here’s the listing info – and naming a ranch built in 1961 is odd. Do you name a property when you’re flipping it? Or do you name a property because it means something to you?
