My favorite, aesthetically and quality-wise, was 7 Topping Rd in backcountry Greenwich. It was purchased by the sellers for $7,050,000 in 2007 – and this is a glimpse of what it looked like…Everything has been updated beautifully..

4 Chateau Ridge is offered at $3,750,000 – which is optimistic. The sellers bought it for $1,725,000 4 years ago – and where their art creates some intrigue, I’m sure that it’s not included in the current price – but they say that anything is negotiable – I guess one could try. The kitchen still has the same cabinets, and it doesn’t look like they have made major improvements – exterior paint? Some railings here and there.
