When it comes to sell, will there be regrets? People who bought in 2005 and tried to sell in 2015 certainly had regrets. There were bidding wars, and FOMO (fear of missing out) Today’s forces are not the same as what drove the market in 2005 – easy money then versus a shortage in supply + increase in demand + inflation in 2021….but where there is more than one buyer, there is always FOMO.
