This classic colonial had expired in 2018 at 3,695,000 on a list of 3,999,000. It doesn’t appear to have had major renovations since the last listing, but the price has increased 15% – now asking 4,250,000. Covid has certainly induced more demand, and we’ve seen much of the previously denied inventory fly off the shelves. There are still, however, price reductions which indicates that buyers are still pushing back if value doesn’t align with the competition.
