There is only reason reason that I can think of, that it took so long to find a buyer. Buyers today fantasize that their kids need and want and will actually use a large back yard. In Old Greenwich, the best feature is that kids ride their bikes to the beach and up and down Shore Rd and Sound Beach Ave.
5 Sylvan is a great home, with beautiful symmetry – I love the eyebrow windows that compliment the custom entrance, and all of the windows provide beautiful light. It has an amazing kitchen with beautiful high end finishes.
The buyers should be happy, the builder not so much.
