The sellers bought the property in 2004 for 8,650,000, and transformed the interior. 15,500 SF – 3.45 acres in RA1 zoning, it is currently listed for $20M. We’ll see where it closes soon, since it went right into pending contract – so all contingencies/negotiations are settled.
