Saw this during broker open house…needs to be updated – and it has lots of dead ends – not great flow – but, nice curb appeal…. the pro, is that if you need lots of space and bedrooms, it has that – the other con is that it close to the Merritt, but on the other side of the street – so when the leaves are on the trees, the traffic din is not as noticeable.
