The sellers bought this house in 2006 for $2M when it was new. 4 bedrooms, 3+ baths and 3 fireplaces, they have given the next buyer all of the features that create an easy lifestyle.
There is not much great inventory at the moment in this price range, which is probably why the sellers and realtor have chosen to list the property during what is still a challenging winter season…
