Never want to be the best house on the block – and it has traces of the White House on Pennsylvania Ave DC – which isn’t my favorite house during this term…architecture aside…
#37 is the 8300SF (not including the gym, wine cellar and kidcave on the lower level) white house on Calhoun – beautiful and well appointed with all the bells and whistles that are trending today. Done from top to bottom, it was as beautiful in 2010 at $10,950,000 – and it didn’t sell then – so we’ll see how motivated they are in 2014.
