Since my last log in, there has been so little market activity in Greenwich…lot of rentals, a few condos, and:
1. 52 RIdge St – Old Greenwich – 0 days on market – $1,525,000
2. 34 Burying Hill – $4,750,000 – 87 days on market – beautiful home
3. 11 Manor Rd – Old Greenwich – $1,055,000 – had been a rental since 2005
4. 15 Linwood Ave – Riverside – $1,485,000 – 223 DOM – very cute house – value
5. 21 Winthrop Dr – Riverside – $2,100,000 – 97 DOM – dated house – most likely will be rebuilt
This a a view of my recent activity – hiking up Highlands Bowl yesterday – unfortunately the weather was not at all like this photo. It was too cold, windy for me to take my phone out to capture the moment in real time.
