List price was $785,000 and the fetching price is $800,000
Unfortunately for the seller, it is still below what was paid in 2007 which was $875,000 – but they got more than perhaps they were expecting – which is always a good thing 🙂
I showed this home to one of my clients, and although well maintained, and charming, the bathroom situation was a bit of a challenge..no proper master area – so the sharing is hopefullycaring. it is sweet and charmingly overlooks the baseball field – throw a stone to Glenville Pizza.
If the new owners spend any money, they would be wise to add a bath for the next time around…
