On a brief visit with my Mom in Florida, where it is a good ten degrees cooler than in Greenwich…hence the span… In executed contract today, I can’t wait to see where this house closes…have watched it in my neighborhood forever, and was always curious how they took a little farm house, that is sited close to the road, with acreage that must be mostly in the lake with an unrestored barn, and asked as much as they did… If it wasn’t so tedious to include a picture I would – IPads are not the way to go. Leave it to the facts : 3000 SF, 5+ acres, asking price $4,595,000! Subjective – nicely appointed….tastefully renovated… We’ll see…
